The EU4Business–EBRD Credit Line is a financing programme supported by the European Union and implemented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
It provides Ukrainian micro, small and medium-sized (MSMEs) with targeted loans, cash-back investment incentives and expert advisory support throughout the investment process, delivered through partner financial institutions.
By combining finance with hands-on advisory support, the Programme helps businesses modernise and implement EU-compliant and sustainable solutions, strengthening Ukrainian businesses’ productivity and competitiveness.
