How do I apply for the programme?
You apply through a Partner Financial Institution (PFI) by submitting your application together with a loan or leasing request. The process includes eligibility review, project assessment, implementation, and verification.
Do I need to apply through a bank or leasing company?
Yes. Applications are submitted through PFIs – local banks and leasing companies that provide financing under the programme.
Can I apply before choosing a bank?
You can explore your eligibility and prepare your investment idea in advance, but the formal application must be submitted through a PFI.
What documents do I need to apply?
You will need to complete the standard application form and provide information about your business and planned investment. Additional documents may be requested by your selected PFI.
Do I need a fully developed investment plan?
It depends on your project:
- For simplified investments, selecting eligible technologies may be sufficient
- For complex projects, a more detailed investment plan is required, including project description, technical specifications and offer/pro forma invoices.
Programme experts and PFIs can support you in preparing the necessary documentation.
Can I get help with preparing my application?
Yes. Independent consultants and partner banks provide guidance throughout the process—from shaping your investment idea to preparing documentation and ensuring compliance.
When do I receive the grant?
The investment incentive is paid after your project is completed and independently verified. It is not disbursed upfront.
Do I need a fully developed investment plan?
Timelines depend on the project type:
- Simplified approach: faster review and approval
- Complex approach: longer assessment due to project-specific evaluation
Can I apply for working capital financing?
The programme primarily supports investment projects. Limited working capital may be included if it is directly linked to the investment, subject to our assessment.
Can I apply if my project is still at an early stage?
Yes. Many projects start at an early stage. You can explore eligibility using the guidance tools and consult with programme experts or PFIs to refine your investment.
Can I combine this support with other grants?
Projects already supported by other public funding sources may require additional assessment. It is recommended to consult with a PFI or advisory team.
