The EU4Business–EBRD Credit Line, provides grant support to micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) investing in growth, modernisation, green solutions, or war-related recovery. Support may be used for equipment purchase, upgrades or rebuilding damaged assets.

Additional investment incentives and dedicated support are available for veteran entrepreneurs and MSMEs that suffered asset destruction and/or losses due to the war on Ukraine through the Veterans and War-Affected Persons Reintegration Window (VRW) and the Enterprise Renaissance Window (ERW).
