The EU4Business–EBRD Credit Line, provides grant support to micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) investing in growth, modernisation, green solutions, or war-related recovery. Support may be used for equipment purchase, upgrades or rebuilding damaged assets.

Additional investment incentives and dedicated support are available for veteran entrepreneurs and MSMEs that suffered asset destruction and/or losses due to the war on Ukraine through the Veterans and War-Affected Persons Reintegration Window (VRW) and the Enterprise Renaissance Window (ERW). Businesses We Support

We support small businesses registered and operating in Ukraine that qualify as MSMEs under the EU definition and ownership requirements.

Sectors We Support

Financing and grants are available to a wide range of business sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, retail, transport, waste management, medicine, construction, hospitality, energy, and others. Exclusions apply.

Projects We Support

We provide financing for a wide spectrum of investment projects, with a focus on initiatives that strengthen compliance with EU directives, cut greenhouse gas emissions, and drive productivity gains.

War-Affected and Veteran-Linked Businesses

Additional support is available for businesses affected by the war or linked to veterans, including those with verified damage or inclusive employment practices.
